It seems like ages since my last blog update, so here goes.

Time is flying by, I am not sure what happened over the last few months but Infinite-Realities has been crazy busy!

Time seems to flyby at the moment, I’ve been swamped on some fantastic projects over the last few weeks with more booked this year and next, so I managed to squeeze in some time to run some 4D tests which I have been meaning to do since the summer.

It’s been a while since the last blog update but things have been very busy with some big projects and even bigger clients. Just recently I had a superb new break through with full body scanning using Agisoft Photoscan. I had yet to see anyone use the software with a fixed Multi-Camera rig and decided to give it a go.

Scanning a Scan of a Person? Why?

Using some freely available data from the Artec-Group website, I wanted show others how to use Scanner-Killer using a virtual environment to learn how to calibrate and scan. Using a virtual scene gives you allot of freedom to test and play with Scanner-Killer without having to buy expensive equipment. It also shows you the limitations and benefits of Stereo Photogrammetry.
